Interim Trust Fundraising
The Brief:
Rising Sun Domestic Violence and Abuse Service, a previous Money Tree Fundraising client, required short term capacity support for their trust fundraising team due to some internal staffing changes.
Action Taken:
Money Tree Fundraising’s Associate Liz returned to assist the team at Rising Sun with 2 days of interim trust fundraising support a month. Including some significant prospect research, Liz prepared a new core costs template proposal, updated a previous proposal template, and completed 15 applications for the team to submit.
Difference Made:
Rising Sun’s fundraising team is quite small and any changes can be quite impactful. Maintaining the level of trust fundraising which had been developed previously through Money Tree’s support would not have been possible whilst also recruiting and then embedding a new trust fundraiser into the team.
