Rebuilding a lapsed trusts programme successfully sets Vehicles for Change on the path to success

The Brief:

Vehicles for Change had had success with trust fundraising previously but there had been a break of at least a year where due to unfortunate circumstances, little had been delivered. They needed support to rebuild their trust programme and update their processes to suit their current and future capacity.

Action Taken:

Money Tree Fundraising reviewed their fundraising to date; completed thorough prospect research to build a pipeline and application plan; drafted core / unrestricted and capital appeals templates; stewardship templates; and commenced a programme of unrestricted and core funding appeals to smaller trusts. Over time we will move towards larger grant applications.
