Jane has been a fundraising professional for 20 years, with experience in leadership, major gift and corporate fundraising, for both capital and revenue projects.
She has worked within corporate fundraising, as well as managing capital fundraising appeals, developing major donor programmes and working at leadership level in the hospice, arts, disability and homelessness sectors. Jane has experience in strategic business planning and change management. She is passionate about helping leadership teams and Boards to fully appreciate the strategic importance of fundraising and the role it plays in the sustainability of an organisation. People fascinate Jane, who loves using her people management skills to support teams to be the best they can be, as well as building relationships with donors so that they can truly understand and commit to a cause.
